Jone's family weekend and the 24th

This weekend we went to the family cabin with most of Greg's family. The girls had so much fun with their cousins.

We went for a hike and Greg and his brothers decided to do some tree tipping. Its a manly thing I really didnt get it. But they had fun!
TIMBER!!!Greg and his nephews brought up their BB guns. I told Greg to pose for a picture and didnt realize till later that he was aiming at Hunter... I promise no dogs were injured. Although Scott's kids did shoot a passerby on his 4-wheeler in the arm and they were scared to death and did no more shooting all weekend.
Lily being cute!
Girl cousins being silly and throwing things down to us from the loft.
We went and saw a firwork show in Charleston (never heard of it??? I hadn't either, its just south of Heber) They put on a GREAT show. It was full of excitment, like fireworks exploding on the ground, having us all running for cover. But overall it was good. We really have grown to like "small town" shows and think its the only way to go!
We had bought some glow bracelets and brought them with us. As soon as we started passing them out to our kids, kids from everywhere around us wanted some and kept asking to buy them. So of course Greg told Chandler if he would sell them, we'd split the profit and Chandler didnt waste a second. He sold all but 3 before the show started, and Greg decided just to give him the money.

BBQ at Nana and Papa's

Greg's brother Brent and his wife Cherese are in town so we had a BBQ and swimming party at Nana and Papa's. I love going swimming with my kids when other people will get in the water and play with them. I can actually just sit on the side of the pool and relax.. Thanks Cherese!!!

I thought this picture was cute of Brielle... just chillin on her towel

ahhhhh.... thats better!!

I finally am pretty much caught up on blogging! Dont feel like you have to read every post, theres lots of stuff we've been doing. Summer's are crazy and fun for our family. We love to camp, and play a lot!!!! (you may even have to click on older posts to see them all) I just wanted to make sure that my book would be complete when I print my next one.

I am so glad to have my interent back, I love being so connected and involved in everyone's lives I've really missed that! But hopefully I'll be able to stay on top of it the rest of the summer.

Backyard Daddy Camp out 7/17

Last Friday the girls had a camp out in the backyard with dad. We set up a movie and watched it under the stars and then roasted marshmallows. They were so excited and I was surprised they actually fell asleep and stayed outside until about 6am. Greg said he didn't get very much sleep though and took a big nap on Saturday.

Little Fishies

The girls have taken 2 sessions of swim lessons back to back and have become very brave in the water. I found these really cute goggles and they now want to wear them even in the tub (as well as their swim-suits) the will put their entire heads under water (quite the accomplishment) and blow bubbles now.

Beach in Daybreak

Daybreak is such a great area and they have the funnest beach on their new lake. We have been going on Mondays at 11:00 (If anyone want's to join us!). The kids love it! The sand is great and the water is pretty shallow for a ways out for the kids to play in.

Katie and Ethan White. She missed him and talks about him all the time since he moved. It was fun to see them there.

Katie and her friend Maren Petersen.

The cabin 7/11

We are so lucky that Greg's family owns this great Cabin. We love to ride the 4-wheelers and see the wildlife. My mom, Grandma, and Kenelle came with us. It was a lot of fun.

Oquirhh Mountain Temple Open House 7/9

My kids have been so excited watching this temple be built and seeing the progress. We drive past it a ton going to cousin Ella's house and every time they see it my kids break into song "I love to see the temple". What a great opportunity for our area to be a part of this temple open house and dedication. We were glad that my Dad came with us to the open house. I hope he liked it! There is absolutely nothing in this world I cherish more than my eternal family!

4th of July

We were camping at Palisades so we all went into Manti and watched the fireworks from the lawn in front of the Manti Temple. It was a really good show for being such a small town, I think probably every town around there comes to Manti because I don't think that many people could possibly live there =)

I bought a few containers of glow bracelets to pass out to the kids and the had such a great time putting on a light show for us.

Hayes Family Reunion in Palisades 7/2-7/5

This year only the Deckers and Jones' came to the reunion but we still had fun!!! It is such a fun campground with the lake. The girls had so much fun with my cousin Taz's kids Leah and Presley. Can't wait till next year!!

The girls love riding their bikes around the campground. Dax (my cousin Ryan's little boy) and HunterDaddy and the girls could play in the sand all day

Hunter and Greg swimming together. Hunter loved this trip. Anything with water and he is in Dog Heaven!
Hunter Diving off the rocks. He would launch himself. We are going to enter him in a splash dogs competition up at Soldier Hollow this summer. He loves to jump and swim.
The Manti temple is so pretty. I found out that Greg's parent's were sealed in this temple, I had no idea.
Just Chillin'
Katie and Presley...both my kids couldnt get enough of this baby. I think they may be more baby hungry than me!

Cherry Picking 7/6/09

My mother-in-law's brother has the most amazing property in Orem. They have lots of cherry, apple, pear, plum trees. And a beautiful garden. Karma invited us down to pick cherries and my sister in law Julie and brother in law Tyler came with their kdis. It was a lot of fun, the kids just played with cousins and played in the huge yard. And we got so many cherries!! I made some yummy pies and froze the rest to enjoy later.

These are their raspberries, I am so JELOUS!!! I would love to have so much, you would always have enough for yourself and to share!
Greg's uncle built the cutest playhouse for his daughter nearly 40 years ago. And it is exactly what I want for my kids. It was perfect!
Brielle and her cousin Megan, who just barely turned 2, and is bigger than both my girls. Why won't my kids eat anything???
