The Jones Rink

The space next to Twiggs is still vacant and so we had another FHE party there on Monday. The KIDS love it, I LOVE it because its fun and FREE!! We had Pizza and this time the kids made airplanes to fly (Thanks Holly!)

I am so glad my girls are close to their cousins. Katie, Ella, and Breanna are the best of friends!

Spring/Easter dresses

I LOVE spring!!! I couldnt wait for the girls to wear their new dresses, it just makes me happy looking at all the bright fun colors. I'm hoping that flowers start blooming soon!!

Lately Katie has become more confident in her reading and was bumped up to a 1st grade reading level. I am so proud of her because she hasn't really enjoyed reading on a regular basis but I can really see her growing and getting more excited about books since she can read and understand more. The other night I was busy doing something... hmm what was I doing?? probably on facebook or something =) and when I went in to see what the girls were doing, Katie was reading bedtime stories to Brielle! LOVE IT!!! Thanks Katie, you are such a sweet, caring, helpful little girl!

Welcome to the club!

Greg's brother Brent recently bought a VW Double cab which officially puts him in the Jones boys VW club (name still pending), now 3 strong! Its definitely something in the blood.
I don't know weather to congratulate you or cry for you! =)
Just tell Cherese that if she needs sane conversation that doesn't include talking about the restoration... I'm here! And heres to hoping yours won't take 5 years plus like ours is.

Daddy time

One of the perks of Greg's new job is that he is home during the day more. The kids LOVE time with their Daddy and want to play with him all the time. I snapped some pictures the other day of them wrestling, one of their favorite things to do with Daddy.
Please ignore the mess in the pictures which is one of the downsides of Greg's new job. It seems like since he is home, my schedule has been totally thrown off and my house is more messy. Hopefully I will figure it out =)

Miniature teenager

The other night Katie was talking on the phone to her friend Addison while they were playing Webkinz on the computer together.... She's sounded like a little miniature teenager. It makes me smile and want to cry at the same time!

FHE

This week for FHE we were invited by Greg's parents to their store for a fun night of pizza and skating. The store (Interior Elements) that was next to them is now gone so there is a huge open area. The girls brought their scooters and everyone had so much fun playing on Scott and Julie's little cart thing(what are they called?). Thanks DJ and Karma for inviting us... Katie wants to know if we will be going there every Monday night!

Even Karma and I tried the cart... fun for all!
