1st Day of School 2013

1st Day of school 2013

The girls missed their friends over the summer. We LOVE the Smith girls- the girls are super great friends with them (Kylie and Lexi) and Brielle was super excited to have her cute friend Kayla in her class again this year :)

Bear Lake

We enjoy going to Bear Lake every year. Thanks for my Mom and my 2nd mom Kody for inviting us up there and letting us stay in their great campground Blue Water. This year we brought Tyler, Holly, and the girls up with us. We love having friends/cousins for the girls to play with.

Minnetonka Caves- always a fun adventure!

We made it to the very end of the cave. The Wedding room- where they turn off all the lights and you can see NOTHING! All the kids did GREAT in the cave.

The girls made these cute tie-dyed shirts with their cousins. Thanks to Holly for planning a fun crafty activity :)

JeSSiE - 2nd Birthday

This cutie turned 2!! We started out the day at the waterpark and then took her to Chick-fil-A for lunch with her 2 favorite buddies :)

Then we had a little party at our house with our family

She is a tad bit obsessed with cats so Greg made this amazing cake for her- she LOVED it!!!

California vacation w/ Paris Family: Napa Valley, Fort Braggs, Oakland, San Francisco

On our way to the Redwoods we drove through Napa Valley and all the beautiful Wine Country. California really is amazing with the variety and beauty!

Fort Bragg glass beach- on our way home from the Redwoods we drove down the coastal hwy and stopped at a really need glass beach. The beach used to be a dumping ground and over the years it has been cleaned up of all the trash except for all the glass pieces which have been tumbled by the waves and made smooth enough that you can walk barefoot on the beach. It was really pretty!

San Francisco- we took a day trip into the city and went to all the must see places:
Pier 39, Lombard Street, Ghiradelli square

We also went to the Oakland temple. It was such a pretty temple- as all temples are :) But the view of the city from the grounds is amazing.

We also got to celebrate Addison's 11th Birthday with her.
And we really enjoyed the Paris' pool :)

 Goodbye is always hard :(
