Vacation House in the Redwoods

 This amazing little retreat we stayed at in the middle of the redwoods deserves it own post! It was incredible!  It was the cutest little cabin on a huge produce farm. The cute family that owns the produce farm has a house next door and a produce stand. They allow their guests to have free choice of any produce in the garden and boy oh boy did we take full advantage. The kids LOVED running through the garden picking fresh fruits and veggies. 

 Every morning we got up and picked a bowl full of blackberries- these bushes grow wild and were everywhere! and they were the most delicious blackberries I have ever tasted!

Truly amazing and one of the most beautiful places I have EVER seen! 

California Vacation w/Paris Family: Redwoods

I was absolutely amazed at how beautiful the Redwood trees are! They are bigger than I even imagined.  We hugged LOTS of trees on this vacation :)

The roots of the fallen trees are amazing!!

We drove through a redwood tree- and BARELY fit!!! with literally an inch to spare. It was sketchy for a minute but Greg used his mad skills and we pulled through! Ha!!!

BEST trip ever!!! We loved the place and the company- thanks Paris Family for the great memories :)

Paris' visit to Utah

Unfortunatly Jen's visit to Utah was not all smiles and fun- her best friend that she grew up with since birth-  died suddenly of lung cancer and she was here helping her family prepare for her funeral and then attending the funeral. But, we did get to squeeze in a few fun things with her and the kids.
