Katie D. Jones the Toothless Wonder!

All we have to do is go camping if we want Katie to loose her teeth! Last year it was at Bear Lake. Both of her top front teeth have been loose for a while, but the left one was barely hanging on for at least a week. I was pretty sure it was going to fall out while we were gone so I was watching out for it. On Friday morning we went to the bathrooms to brush our teeth and after she was done I wiped her mouth off and she sortof looked at me with this horrified look on her face and when she opened her mouth it had finally come out! She was sortof unsure at first if she should be happy or sad but she got really excited on the way back to camp to show everyone.
We were back at came for about a half an hour and my mom and I were sitting by the lake talking to her about her tooth. My mom was asking her to see the other tooth and have her wiggle it. Katie reached in her mouth to wiggle her other front tooth to show us and she barely pushed on it and it popped right out! I was shocked! I thought the other tooth would take weaks of hanging on by a thread like the first. Katie just about broke into tears but after a while she really warmed up to the idea and I think once she realized it didnt hurt she was happy about it!
The tooth fairy only had to come once and she got 2 gold dollars, and books (Junie.B Jones, 1st grader at last and the Magic Treehouse book#1) and a note to answer some questions that Katie had.
We had just barely finished reading the Junie B. Jones toothless wonder book and in this book Junie B. is afraid the of the toothfairy but finds out in the end that she "recycles" teeth and gives them to babies. So Katie asked the toothfairy in her note if this were true and she said that she does reuse the really clean ones! =) Katie was so excited, because she had said Katies were very sparkly and clean!

That is so cute!! Katie looks so grown up to me. I think it has been too long since I've seen you guys! Ethan still hasn't lost any teeth, or even had a loose one.
