Brielle not only started 1st grade today but she also played her 1st soccer game (of this season). She played about a year and a half ago but I was a little worried because now she is playing with 1st/2nd graders and she hasn't played in a long time. Some of these kids are really quite good and I was worried she would just skip around the field :) She actually did OK, running after the ball and even kicking it a few times. However.... I did catch some pretty funny pictures of her and her friend Kennedy playing defense in the field... I guess waiting for the ball to come their way game them a little time to do... hmm not sure what, but it looks like fun :)
