There's music in me

Katie and Brielle have been taking some music classes from an old friend of Greg's. Cindy teaches the Harmony Road music course and the girls have LOVED it. I really think its a GREAT way to introduce music/piano to kids. Not just learning to read music but understand rhythms and notes.
Brielle said that she was so glad she was taking music class because "There's music in me mom, and it wants to get out!"
They have learned a ton I am amazed at how young kids can actually learn to be musical. Their recital was so cute, Katie played the "do do do song" on the piano and sang along. and Brielle composed her own music which she was "supposed" to sing with her teacher but she got a little stage fright. Then all the kids performed some songs they had learned in class. It was so cute!
I hope that the girls can continue to love music!
